Some of my favorite recipes feature new ways to use common ingredients. Take today’s: You’ve got broccoli, pasta, Parmesan, and a baguette. Your first thought might be to serve the pasta with some jarred sauce, a side of steamed broccoli, and a slice of bread, right? But c’mon, why not try something new (and just as easy) and toss them all together in one delicious dish! That’s the idea today.
Sarah’s Tip of the Day:
The flavor star in the recipe is the Parmesan croutons. In the video, I’ll demonstrate how to make these babies and show you a kitchen tool that will make your cheese go much further. It’s like magic! I’ll also tell you why you should change your pasta cooking method a bit. It makes the end result much better.
