Cookie Dough Truffle | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana



½ cup + 2 tablespoons refined flour
50 grams butter
2 tablespoons castor sugar
¼ cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon milk
¼ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons mango chocolate chips
2 tablespoons orange chocolate chips
Melted dark chocolate for coating
Cocoa powder for dusting


1. Cream together butter, sugar and brown sugar in a bowl using an electric beater. Add milk and whisk well.
2. Sieve flour and salt. Add mango chocolate chips and orange chocolate chips and mix well till it resembles breadcrumbs.
3. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape into balls.
4. Dip each ball in melted dark chocolate and place on a plate. Refrigerate till set.
5. Dust some cocoa powder n a serving platter, place the truffles and serve.
