A big fillet of seabass fish just marinated with garlic and butter and seasoning anb baked in oven its vary tasty not like regular fish their will be some difference in look as well as in taste.
Fish (sea bass) 1 n
Cooked basmati rice 1 c
Pepper powder ½ ts
Garlic chopped ½ ts
Chilly flakes ½ ts
Bell pepper 6 slices
Lemon juice ½ ts
Cheese ½ ts
Bread crumbs 1ts
Butter 1 tb
Onions 2 n
Sugar 2 ts
Thyme 1 ts
Take sea bass fish marinate with salt, pepper powder, sprinkle garlic, chilly flakes, bell pepper, lemon juice, cheese, bread crumbs, butter, and transfer fish on to a baking plate.
Heat butter in the pan and add some onions and sprinkle salt, sauté them, and switch off the flame.
Onions put it in the top of the fish and put the fish plate in the oven cook it for 15 minutes.
In the rest of onions add sugar, thyme, add cup of cooked basmati rice, and add chilly flakes.
After 15 minutes take out the fish plate and serve hot with rice.
