Smoked Cabbage on the Pit Barrel Cooker!

Meat is murder! And I would like a double cheese murder, please! And what the hell is vegetarian strips? Looks like BACON to me! I am calling bullcrap on the Rootboy! You can’t fool us! We want our BACON! To Make this you will need:
1 Head of cabbage
About 5 tablespoons of minced garlic.
BBQ rub, I used Green Bastard Rub, you use your favourite!
1 stick of butter divided into 1/4ths.
6 strips of BACON!
1 bottle of beer
core out the cabbage, put some garlic into the hole, then some butter, and BBQ rub.Repeat until all the butter is used up. Lay six strips of bacon, er I mean vegetarian strips, on the cabbage. Place the cabbage in some aluminium foil and pour on some beer. Loosely wrap the cabbage and smoke for 2 1/2 to 4 hours until tender. Eat and enjoy!
