The Weird Way I Deal With STRESS + ANXIETY

What’s the weird way I deal with stress and anxiety?? I interview myself. I know it sounds weird, but it’s a technique that really helps me cope with difficult situations and helps me sort things out in my mind. It feels strange at first, but afterwards I feel clear-headed and like I know myself –who I am, what I think, and why– more than I did before.
